Booking terms & cancellation policy

Bookings and deposits

When you book online, we hold your accommodation for 48 hours. A deposit of 50% of the total confirms the booking. If we don't receive the deposit in time, the booking is released automatically. The balance is payable on arrival unless agreed otherwise.

Prices

All prices are in Botswana pula (BWP) and are calculated when you book. Resident rates require proof of residency on arrival. Activities shown as "price on request" are quoted separately. Third-party fees, such as national park entry and Zimbabwe park fees for Victoria Falls, are not included unless stated.

Cancellations

Cancellations more than 14 days before arrival: full refund of the deposit. 7–14 days: 50% of the deposit refunded. Less than 7 days or no-show: deposit not refunded. (Placeholder policy — to be confirmed by the lodge.)

Payments and refunds

Card payments are processed by our payment provider and charged in pula. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method. Your bank may charge exchange or transaction fees.
